On the upswing — here is the introduction for a brand new (and the first!) side character! This little machine you see here is an Alert. You may remember seeing it in some of my older group extra pieces (Valentine’s Day & Shimmer Birthday). I think I explained about the Alert before, but I might as well go ahead and post it again for anyone who didn’t see it back then.
Alert: This Alert is a prototype to the machines that were originally in the FFIV game. It was designed by Kip.
Basically, Alerts are machines that watch for enemy intruders. They use motion sensors to detect and scan any unusual sources of life that comes into the tower. If something checks out as an intruder, the Alert will sound an alarm to call troops and other monsters to attack.
I’ll give you three guesses what’s about to happen. And the first two don’t count. But this will be fun.
