I mean, for this little ruse to work — for Aur to infiltrate the mighty Tower of Zot — he has to seem like a regular, harmless human child. Besides, what Aur knows CAN hurt him — if the enemy were to find out that Aur is a servant of Zemi. So, it’s better he just doesn’t remember. Or at least, that’s Zemi’s line of thinking.
