This is the last page we’ll be seeing of Ben and Aur for a while. And I have to admit, I really didn’t care much for this page at all. I know the things I don’t like about it, I’ve tried to doctor some of it up. But it’s just going to be one of those off pages. Everyone has a few sometime.
Besides that, plotwise, the tables turn here. We see that when Ben starts to feel dragged down, Aur is now the one that reminds him of hopeful prospects. Which seems to work rather well for them both, actually.
Next page will switch scenes back to TsuMe and Kip, and things will begin to stir up, leading into a much darker Chapter 6. Better pages coming up, I promise. ^^;
