Porom is the twin sister to Palom. Though she is very young,
she is extremely talented in the art of White Magics. Her powers, strangely enough, run at extreme polarities with her brother's -- Porom is a White Mage while Palom is a Black Mage. Yet, together,
the two children can amass a linked power of both, using a very
rare type of "Twin" magic.
Despite their young age, the Twins are held in high respect by their mentor, the Elder of Mysidia. It was the children that the Elder sent as spies to watch over the Dark Knight Cecil during the Crystal Wars. Their journey led them to challenge the peak of Mt. Ordeals, where they witnessed the transformation of Cecil from Dark Knight into the Paladin. They are still close friends with Cecil, often visiting Baron by way of the Serpent Road.
Porom is the eldest of the twins and holds herself with a sense of maturity that is far beyond her years. She tends to heavily disapprove of her brother's reckless bad manners and scolds him every chance that she gets.
Neither sibling can stand to be with each other, nor can they
stand to be separated.
- Though Porom is still a student under the teaching of the Mysidian Elder, she has mastered a large amount of various White Magics. Some of these border on high leveled spells.
- When casting with her brother Palom, they can perform various forms of Twin magic -- a combination of White and Black energies.
- Porom can often tell if her twin is in trouble, hurt, or feeling distressed. This can carry over long distances.
Twin Medallions -
Palom has the matching amulet to this set. It strengthens the bond between the twins and ultimately grants more powerful effects of their Twin magic.
