Newton's history and origins are unknown. He was recruited into the Mysidian Academy after his vast magical potential was discovered by a wandering Mysidian Sage. His nature is undisciplined, vindictive, ill-mannered, and foul-mouthed, winning him much disfavor in the eyes of his peers. Though he possesses great power and talent, there is little desire or dedication on his part to learn to use it. Newton rarely participates in class, and in the time he has been in Mysidia, has yet to pass above the low-level White Mage ranks.
