SONG OF THE WIZARD
(can be applied to any Final Fantasy, really ^^)
 
A melody, a chant,
A whisper of words, a rant
A ramble of phrases combined with the effort of gestures and movements of craft.
 
A raise of the hand
The voice, clear and bland
Calls to life a force that dwells in the heart of the bearer and is released to all man.
 
The thought, the power,
With the might of a ogre and the delicacy of a flower
Summons to earth the major gods that inspire the terror and wrought brave knights to cower.
 
'Tis the Song of the Wizard,
'Tis the lute of the art,
'Tis the phrases and conjuring that it is a part.
'Tis the chorus of the magician,
'Tis the drumbeat of the mage,
'Tis the legend passed along in the medieval day and age.
